We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new customer care and billing sytem! The new system replaces technology from 2000 - we know, welcome to the latest technology age, finally! There are many new additions and changes wtih this system but the two that impact you as a customer are the new 10-digit account numbers and LINK - our customer care portal.
Please keep the new 10-digit account number in mind when paying your Louisville Water bill once the new system goes live. If you have your account loaded into your online banking files, please update it before processing your payment.
LINK is an exciting feature that makes account management and payment easier than ever! You can quickly access your account, view water usage over time, choose from a variety of easy bill-payment options – including AutoPay, select to receive an eBill and update personal and financial information at any time.
