Paying your bill has never been easier! Below are our multiple payment options. If you would like to use LINK, our customer care portal, to pay your bill and manage your account, watch our video for easy step-by-step instructions on how to register and enroll your account. 

Please note we may only discuss account specific information with the primary account holder or an authorized user.  If you are not listed on the account, please have the primary account holder call.

eBill - SAFE, SECURE AND FREE

How to sign up:

  1. Login to LINK account
  2. Click on Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page
  3. Select eBill
  4. Choose your delivery option as "Receive via email"

Benefits of receiving an eBill:

  • Receive a reminder email when your bill is ready
  • View your bill(s) anytime
  • No more paper bills to sort and file

 

AutoPay - NEVER MISS A PAYMENT

Pay your bill automatically using your checking or savings account by enrolling in AutoPay. The full amount of your bill will be deducted from your bank account on your bill’s due date. 

How to Enroll in AutoPay:

  1. Login to LINK account
  2. Click on Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page
  3. Select “Set Up AutoPay”
  4. Follow the prompts to enroll in AutoPay

 

ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES – EASY and FAST ONE TIME PAYMENTS

Pay your bill online using your debit/credit card or a free electronic check. 

Debit/Credit Card Payments 

  1. No registration required
  2. You will need your 10-digit account number 
  3. Follow prompts and enter information
  4. Submit payment
  5. Alacriti, a third party vendor, assesses a $2.50 fee for debit/credit cards transactions
  6. Please note there is a $500 limit per transaction. You may make up to three $500 debit/credit payments per day.  
  7. Only VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted by Alacriti.
  8. Louisville Water will restore water service by the end of  the next business day following payment on a delinquent account

Free Electronic Check 

  1. Login to LINK account
  2. Click Account Management at the top of the page, then select Account Dashboard
  3. Click "Pay by Free E-Check"
  4. Follow prompts to complete your payment. Please note you will need your 10-digit account number 
  5. If paying by free electronic check, you will need your bank routing number and checking account number
  6. Louisville Water will restore water service by the end of the next business day following payment on a delinquent account

*If you are subject to disconnection of service for non-payment or have already been disconnected for 13 days, you must speak with a Customer Care representative by calling 502.583.6610 or toll free 888.535.6262, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

PAY BY MAIL

Use these helpful tips to ensure a smooth payment process:

  • Please do not mail cash
  • Make checks payable to "Louisville Water Company"
  • Please do not staple or tape your check to the payment coupon
  • Write your Louisville Water 10-digit account number on the check

PAY BY PHONE

Call 844.201.8813 to use our automated payment service to pay your bill using your checking/savings account or debit/credit card. There is a $2.50 fee charged by our third-party vendor for this service.

To best utilize this service, please have the following information available:

To Pay by Checking/Savings:

  • Your Louisville Water 10-digit account number
  • Your bank account routing number
  • Your checking or savings account number

To Pay by Debit/Credit Card:

  • Your Louisville Water 10-digit account number
  • Your debit/credit card number
  • Please note there is a $500 limit per transaction, including the $2.50 processing charge. You may make up to three $500 debit/credit payments per day  
  • Only VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted forms of payment 

You will receive a payment confirmation number at the end of the call.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
