Louisville Water Salutes Veterans

Veterans Day is a time for us to pause to and reflect. It’s a day to remember the sacrifices many Americans have made and are making to protect our freedom.

Louisville Water was proud to participate in the city’s Veterans Day parade at Southeast Christian Church on November 5, alongside our friends from Louisville MSD, military branches, government agencies, and local unions.

The Louisville Water family includes many U.S. veterans. This week, each received an American flag and a handwritten note as a token of appreciation for their service to our country and for the valuable work they do every day at Louisville Water.

Plant Maintenance Mechanic and U.S. Army Reservist, Staff Sergeant Matt Miller, recently returned from a nine-month deployment in Kuwait.
