  • Louisville Water is suspending shutoffs for failure to pay. Customers are still responsible for the water they use so please contact us if you’ll have trouble paying your bill.

  • Louisville Water’s office at 550 South Third Street is closed. Customers can still use the drop box for a payment or pay online, over the phone at 502.583.6610, or by mail.
