Can You Dig It offers benefits, bid opportunities for local contractors

The annual Can You Dig It event co-sponsored by Louisville Water and Louisville MSD, gives local contractors and engineers an opportunity to learn about upcoming capital projects and procurement bids.

Due to the uptick of COVID-19 cases in the city, organizers held the 2022 event virtually on Thursday, Jan. 20.

Louisville MSD Executive Director Tony Parrott said last year, more than $27 million in contracts included women-owned businesses and minority business owners with hopes to increase those numbers in 2022.

“This program has a wealth of information. We hope you learn more about opportunities to work with Louisville MSD this year,” Parrott said.
